The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental toughness challenge that requires you to follow a strict set of rules for 75 days. The challenge was created by Andy Frisella, a successful entrepreneur, and podcaster. The goal of the challenge is to help you develop mental toughness, self-confidence, and self-discipline.

The rules of the challenge are simple, but not easy:

  1. Follow a strict diet - no cheat meals or alcohol.
  2. Exercise twice a day for at least 45 minutes each time - one workout must be outdoors.
  3. Drink at least one gallon of water per day.
  4. Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book per day.
  5. Take a progress picture every day.
  6. No days off - if you miss a task, you must start over from day one.

The challenge is not about physical transformation, but rather mental transformation. It will push you to your limits and challenge you to become a better version of yourself. You will learn to push through discomfort and overcome obstacles.
